Who can create customer reviews? 
All registered users of Mevakart.com can share reviews. All you need to do is follow some rules (see "What’s not allowed" below).

Sporadic reviews - we do not allow more than 4 reviews by a customer for a product

Obscene content
Profane remarks
Promotion of illegal / immoral conduct 

Promotional content:
Advertisements or promotional material
Comments by or on behalf of a person or company with a financial interest in the product or a directly competing product (including reviews by publishers, manufacturers, or third-party merchants selling the product)
Reviews written for any form of compensation including reviews that are a part of a paid publicity package
Requests for helpful votes
