Delivery and Return

The products on “Mevakart” will be available in select cities within India. Please check the availability by using your city PIN Code at the time of purchase. The delivery shall be through reputed logistics partners on all weekdays, except for National Holidays and any other public holiday. Delivery shall be made within 3-6 business days standard shipping or might be delayed also, depending on the billing address delivery in remote areas may take more than 10 business days. However, in most cases the goods will be delivered you before that time. Delivery dates are only estimates and mevakart does not guarantee delivery within any such time and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.

"www.mevakart.com" doesn't deliver items internationally.

Delivery Charges & Times

Order Price Rs.15,000 and above for Appliances and goods are inclusive of delivery charges and GST charges. Kindly read all the information provided by mevakart at the time of purchase.

General Returns & Refund

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Mevakart.com. All items with the logo on the product detail page are Fulfilled by Mevakart.

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
Has missing parts or accessories
Is different from what was ordered
Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)

Some items may not be eligible for return if you "no longer need it" (including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered).
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
Only Fulfilled by Mevakart items may be eligible for replacement. For more details, please refer Free Replacements in Supports & FAQs
For order Cancellation allowed within 24hr, payments will be refund in you bank account number as given by you, Refund process will take time 3-4 working days. 6% Payments gateway charges will be deduct on your product price. for a order cancellation buyer have to send mail on "care@mevakart.com" with bank account details for refund amount transaction.
